During my stay, I enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfasts with a variety of options, and the Saturday night dinner was also very good. The staff at the breakfast restaurant and throughout the hotel were wonderful and welcoming, making my experience even better. Additionally, I appreciated the beachfront room I stayed in with its calming view and the fun activities offered, such as the cooking lesson on the beach and the kids' movie night.

The views from the rooms were fantastic, especially when waking up to the sunshine. The beach was always clean, and it was great to have free guided snorkeling in the morning. The fact that there were no beach chair fights was a plus, and the lazy river was very relaxing.

There were a lot of jellyfish in the water, be careful. Sometimes service was a little slow, and the staff at the front desk could be a bit more welcoming.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities for children, with a fun water park and splash pools for non- swimmers. The hotel's beachfront location offers beautiful views of the turquoise water and surrounding lush vegetation. Rooms are good-sized and some come equipped with a mini-fridge.

Some guests complained about the quality of the food and the lack of variation in the buffet.

The Saturday night dinner was amazing, with a great variety of food. The buffet breakfasts were also excellent. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all requests. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the ocean view was wonderful. The pool options were vast and the property was breathtaking.

The hotel offers two complimentary restaurants and the view from the terrace was stunning during all hours of the day. It was located close to the beach which was a major plus. the entertainment team was great, they kept my kids occupied with activities.

Some staff members were surly and borderline rude, especially in the Baracuda bar. the AC system in the room needs to be updated and the bathrooms could use some renovation.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location directly facing the beach was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved how it was situated in an area some distance from the main road, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and airport shuttle services available at our convenience. Our room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The free toiletries, microwave, and electric kettle were a nice touch, and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained during our downtime. The dining options were excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and meals at the restaurant.
